How to be Natural?

Want to make friend in trust.
Am I doing something not natural?
Want to communicate more in soul.
Am I expecting too much?
Say out what I think in heart.
Am I complaining?
When we grow up, is it a must to be more self defensive? Or we are just not brave enough to “give” anymore....... I am wondering.
