New born baby

I have just received news that one of my friend has delivered a new born baby in this 5 AM today. She said to me that she felt disappointed to the public hospital for their services in this time. Oh! is it really so bad? I don't know, but she claimed that this was a terrible experience in her life. I really need to expore why she had this bad feeling. Share with you later!
